Steve FreemanHello..fellow campers ....coming from Benson Az ....We have a 2026 5 th wheel ..just picked up in Mesa back in Nov....Found after only three weeks four of six leveling jacks were leaking...and ..later began to have issues with black tank valves. From my very first call to T/A Mobil RV...Tara and Andrew have been more help then we could ever ask for .. Always so nice to speak with...a fine.. family business and it shows.... I have no doubt this is why they are so very busy!! I wish them the very best going forward and wouldn't hesitate for a second to reach out to them should more issues come up . Shane HilemanWe made an emergency call on the weekend to T & A and was set up by text for an after hours service call to Gilbert Ray campground. Andrew came with all needed parts to get us back up and running and ready to move on to our next adventure. Andrew was so nice to talk to. Herb LagoisFantastic experience. I've never dealt with making an appointment strictly by text communication . That being said responses were very prompt. Clear. Most appreciated was getting a heads up text that Andrew was running behind by 30 minutes. THAT was worth a million bucks!!! Andrew (tech) was/is very good at what he does. MICHAEL CORDOVAI have a customer in a rural part of Arizona that needed to have their fifth wheel door repaired. We are located in Albuquerque. I couldn’t find anyone in Tuscon that could go out there and If they could, they were outrageously priced and couldn’t get to my customer for another week. Then I called T&A MOBILE RV Repair in Tucson Arizona. I spoke to Tara, she was able to get my customer taken care of the same day. Mike JonesCustomer Service. Just when I had given up on it, T&A comes along and reminded me that it still exists. I was in a tight spot, called other RV mobile repair companies. Even the one I had used for years. No help. This company is not big in the number of employees, but big in experience, friendlyness, promptness, fairness and in 'heart'! This is not long enough to give all the details, but I've used a lot of mobil repair companies over the years. Only 2 you can trust, one in Missouri and T&A in Arizona!Posted on Google
Just SoaringCame down to very rural off grid location next day after called. Miracle these days. Most guys were saying “week or two maybe”. Got the awning parts we needed. Quoted 3 hours. Did it in two and charged us two. Nobody does that. Even helped look at unrelated item free of charge. Top shelf. Great experience.Posted on Google
